MEET ADRIENNE
Therapy that honors your pace
If life has felt heavy or loud lately, you do not have to carry it alone. Instead, we begin by creating a calm, quiet space where your mind can slow down and your body can settle. Then, little by little, we build skills you can use in everyday life—especially when stress, trauma reminders, or burnout show up again.
Therapy to feel calmer, clearer, and more in control.
If your nervous system feels like it’s constantly in overdrive, know that you’re not alone. Many individuals arrive at therapy feeling overwhelmed, defensive, or drained. I provide a supportive environment where we can take a step back and develop practical skills that are effective in everyday life. We begin by focusing on stabilization and coping strategies, only diving deeper into the work when you’re ready.
My experience includes trauma-impacted clients, neurodivergent children and adults, first responders, military-connected individuals, people navigating recovery, and clients coping with injury or TBI. I also support older adults facing grief, loss, and major life transitions. I practice with ongoing clinical supervision as part of my training, so you receive thoughtful, high-quality care.
Build grounding skills and coping strategies that reduce overwhelm and increase steadiness.
Understand your trauma responses and reduce shame. Create safety before deeper processing.
Strengthen stress tolerance and support identity repair after trauma, injury, or transition.
A simple path forward
Step 1: Clarify goals
We name what feels hardest right now. We decide what “better” looks like for you.
Step 2: Build stability
We practice regulation skills and coping tools. You learn what helps your body settle.
Step 3: Process and integrate
When you are ready, we explore what needs healing. We move gently and at your pace.
Step 4: Maintain gains
We build a plan you can keep using. You leave with tools you can return to.
